hey,
this can be easily done using the icon component available in xcelsius
what you need to do is just resize that component to the area required to show tooltip and set transparency=100% and simply map that component to the data that you want to display on tooltip
How did you do this so that the cursor did not change to a hand when it was moved over the toggle button at the end? It stayed as an arrow in your video, but whenever I hover over a toggle button (whether its transparent or not), the cursor turns into a hand.
