The issue with the SAP web site is It can work with IE latest version. It works only with Ver 6.
Please try with old IE.
You can download the same

Cannot use with IE8. You need to use IE7 to download this file

Found the FP with no issues, but when launched only gives me the Uninstall option. Is this normal?

Follow this path:

Software Product: Xcelsius
Product Version (optional): 2008
Software Type (optional): Hot Fix

Then click on Search button. You should see Fix Pack 3.

After searching what I need (Select the Product and Version and click Search), I couldn’t find Xcelsius Fix Pack 3 to download. It was only ‘i’ sign at the first column, ‘2008′ at the scond column, and empty at the third column. And I don’t have any idea where could I find a link to dowload Xcelsius Fix Pack 3.

Would you tell me each step to get the software, please?

Wierd.. I installed it but i am still getting xcelsius version 5.1.2.0 and build number 12,1,2,439

anyone know what i am doing wrong?

It should work now. Earlier, I posted the direct download link, now the link points to the SAP download page. Select the Product and Version and click Search to find the list of available downloads. I see FP3.
